Privacy notice

When you join the founding cohort, we collect the email address you submit and the page context associated with that request. If you email us directly, we receive the information contained in your message.

This website may also collect limited device and usage information through Google Analytics, such as page views, approximate location, browser type, and referral source. We use this information in aggregate to understand how the public site is used.

We use waitlist information to manage private-preview interest, communicate about access, conduct product research when invited, and send occasional Novumon updates. We use contact messages to respond to the conversation you initiated.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use a waitlist submission as permission for unrelated third-party marketing.

Waitlist submissions are sent to a Novumon-managed Google Cloud Function endpoint configured for early-access registration. Website analytics are processed through Google Analytics if analytics are available in your browser.

These service providers process information on our behalf under their own infrastructure and security practices. Novumon limits the data sent to what is reasonably needed for the stated purpose.

We retain waitlist information only while it remains useful for private-preview access, product communication, and legitimate company records. We periodically remove information that no longer serves those purposes.

You can ask us to remove your waitlist or contact information by emailing hello@novumon.com from the address concerned. We may retain a minimal record when required to meet legal obligations or document a completed request.

You may choose not to submit an email, block analytics through your browser or privacy tools, and ask to stop receiving Novumon communications at any time.

We may update this notice as the private preview and website change. A revised notice will show a new effective date on this page. Questions can be sent to hello@novumon.com.
